You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
5. Plans, billing & trials
- Superlumy offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled.
- By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current price.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices with notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Superlumy and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
7. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you dictate, create, or process with Superlumy ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not use it to train AI models. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the Service for you (for example, to process speech into text). You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription will be perfectly accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superlumy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superlumy from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Governing law & disputes
