Prohibited uses
You may not use Superlumy to:

- Create, transcribe, or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
- Record or process other people without the consent required by applicable law.
- Engage in fraud, phishing, spam, or deceptive practices.
- Upload malware or use the Service to distribute harmful code.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
System & network security
You may not:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems except under our responsible disclosure process.
- Circumvent authentication, rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including via excessive automated requests.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
AI-specific rules
- Don't use AI features to generate content intended to deceive, such as deepfakes or disinformation, or to impersonate real individuals without consent.
- Don't attempt to use the Service to build a competing model or to systematically extract outputs for that purpose.
- Don't rely on AI output for high-risk decisions (medical, legal, financial, safety) without appropriate human review.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including warning you, limiting features, suspending, or terminating your account. Where appropriate or legally required, we may report activity to authorities.
